I got mine from over-clock.com here in the UK... and yeah, id love some, though ive been eyeing those zalman sinks as well, tbh.
These OCZ ones are good quality, but just not v good for the unfocused airflow I have here.
yea exactly, since i already had a set of the zalmans, but wanted the ocz's (and they ARE very awesome), instead of buying 2 sets of the OCZ's and having to cut them for hte sli loop, i did a nice lil mix n match with one set each of the zalmans and ocz's, plus the hotter side of the card is using the ocz's.
anyhoo im gonna go check out those lovely sinks now. im also searching for nice lil black sinks for my mobo ;)

well those analog sensors are very crappy, you´re using an sensorhub? it makes the output of your sensor linear because the analog ones aren´t so and you can get very different readings with a t-ban:rolleyes:
i know that there is a special-edition out there wich is called t-balancer|KTC-edition where this piece is included which is exclusive distributed worldwide by my local compu-store, but i don´t know anywhere else where to get something like this or how to build that:(

And interesting thing about the water: that was when the connection of my Yates on the rad had fallen off. With both connected, the water sits @ 26c. Anyway, the sensor's gone haywire during the night - looks like i didnt insulate it enough.
Yes mate, im using the Analog Sensor hub. I cant see any KTC edition in the shop?

Allright.. because im an idiot, i obv didnt seal that sensor as well as I should have. Its started going crazy on me, 60c, than -50c, then it just stopped working and started leaking slowly.:(
Thankfully i had some emergency patchup silicone tape, and it was only leaking a few drops an hour anyway... so i decided to wait 2 days for my new mobo, and catch 2 birds with one stone. I though i had been really clever and epoxyes it up enough to seal it... obviously I was wrong :rolleyes:

I realized they were too long though, had to chop part of them off or i couldnt pull the rad out again. Im still locking them into place with the nuts, but im starting to wonder about the usefulness of that. I mean, its not like its going to go anywhere..

This actually worked really well. I lost about 2" of water in the whole op... I had to unscrew the clamps and turn the t-piece with the probe downwards later though, or it tended to collect bubbles - but something tells me youre not surprised about that :p:

My new mobo after I've replaced all the stock TIM with AS5... looking forward to not having to rely on the zalman NB sink... and not having to run the mem sticks right next to each other should give me a little more peace of mind when OC'ing the memory :)

This thing owns: anaolgue probe data on your pc and in samurize, tune the fans with it, setup nb/cpu independent emergency shutdowns... love it. The cables can get a little messy, but you cant have everything. :)

Setting the response curve back to the water-led one - i was running it on CPU/GPU temps for a while, which is fine except it follows the GPU always as its always hotter... plus its just cooler with water :D

Turns out theyre just the right width to fix a PA onto the sides of the 5.25" mounts of the stacker, just had to get an M4 tap to thread the holes in the PA for them.

thank i i almost hade to make a comment about the sensor right threw the hose, but now when u have fixed it i dont have to, but i did anyways just have to say that :D
but otherwise sweet job, i like many pictures mods, so keep it up, but dont make any risky sensors in the hose with no seal agin

Im going to try to get a nice temp probe and stick it in a straight-through tube connector with some thermal epoxy and whatnot. I'll probably get around to doing it in a couple of weeks, i dont much like the t-piece thing.

I have a CM Stacker, and I thought about changing the side the semi-filter is on. It was because I thought if I transported it would get dented in easy. Maybe I'll change things around. :)

Well, after a major case of idiot behind keyboard where i brutally murdered my X1900XTX while installing my FCX1800 by - *sniff* goodbye old friend - by screwing down too hard on the mosfet cooler and crushing said mosfets...

I guess I was spoiled by the Storm/Maze 4 mounting method: screw down till the spring is all compressed and then unscrew 1 turn. Neway, whats gone is gone, even if ive gone slightly wuss atm, my temps on the GPU block arent that hot because im hardly screwing down at all :P

Tip loop until air from t-line is in item to be removed, kink shut tubes, unclamp (over bucket/pasta pot :P), insert new block, reclamp, tip loop until air is back in t-line...

Going a little paranoid before mounting the FCX on my new X1900XT, ShinEtsu pads for the RAM and those Pulse thingyes, + stock mosfet pad. Had to take off the paxmate i was planning to use as padding, these boards bend too damn easily.

Got rid of the fan that was hanging off the edge of the X1900, now I only need the 120mm to supply air to NB+SB+Mosfet+RAM, thats one less noise source :)
I gotta replace that SilenX with another Yate tho.

My temps are nothing to write home about right now, but between the IHS on the cpu, the minimal pressure on the GPU block, and the uncured AS5, thats to be expected.
I wonder about that VCore, its set to 1.35v in bios, CPU-Z gives me the same value.. is my mobo overvolting it? I wonder where i can measure it with a multimeter...
