Thanks for that, but i thought that (from seeing amd dual.c) when you run dual super pi you have to set the seperate affinity so one core is allocated to one super pi, which should give the same results as if you were running single core? (maybe dual core a bit slower because having to run windows too)

Also, what temps are these hitting, under what cooling?

are there any notebooks available which are supported by clockgen for overclocking the Duo Core?

I don't understand why the stock vcore is so high? 1.4V? That's higher than Dothan - you'd expect a little lower given it's 65nm.

even celeron-M 4x0's volt is lower than CoreDuo's .
but...higher volt.seems brings no heat @.@

i dont see x64, am i being over worried thinking that this wont support windows longhorn, and that this cpu is almost semi redundant?

yap, yonah did't support x64, but...conroe/merom will be ok

sorry, i cant find any info on future timelines of Intels cpu's, is memron going to be a mobile chip and released by september (need laptop before then for uni)
