Can we stop talking about what color maxxx should paint it and start talking more about testing?
I agree... Paint it Black :rocker:Quote:

so special, not speshul :)
here i was thinkin maybe both ;)
Shouldn't this thread be in the chilled liquid cooling section of the forum
You aren't getting it. The chiller is not for overclocking. Its purpose is to remove a variable in block testing, so it has more to do with normal liquid cooling.
indeed this has ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING to do with waterchilling... The chiller is ONLY used for keeping the water at a constant temp as to avoid the incosistencies of a radiator.
Ok, I see now. Its more about by taking the Rad out of the loop & replacing it with a thermal consistant
Yes, for testing waterblocks, because maxxx cant sneak the expense for an enviro chamber past his gf (yet) ;p
Lack of effort, if you ask me >.>"
I concure i mean its not like a enviro chamber would cost much you can even write it off :DQuote:

well hell, if you guys want to buy one for me and write it off on your taxes, Id be more than happy to accept.
BTW, putting the T-type probe in the cpu CURRENTLY
Post pictures already! *taps fooot*

Wow, that cpu is getting a nice manicure before it gets setup on the test bench eh? :)
looks great maxx, nice job on the cpu. can't wait for some results.
I will have some preliminary results tommorow. I have to wait till around 5pm on Friday (tommorow) for the Thermal epoxy to fully harden.. until then I wont be able to use the CPU.
You didn't mix any Viagra in the epoxy?? It would have gotten there much quicker...Quote:

Spent 2 hours taking pictures for the review today.. Got the MCW60 and Storm Rev2 in their best light.
The MCW60's packaging is really cute. they burry the MCW14 ramsinks WAY in the bottom of the box.. I know this may sound stupid but it took me forever to find them and get them out.. When I first opened the box i thought they wernt in there.. but after pulling out the mounting gear and MCW60 i realized the box was just a LITTLE too heavy to have been empty.
What kind of thermal probe are you using on your CPU Maxxx? The ones on my Thermaltake harcano 12 are kinda wimppy & I dont think I could mout mine like that. And where did you get your thermal epoxy to attach it? Nice work!
Always love your pics Maxxx, what kind of camera you using again? Are you just using natural light? :)
