Here, you can compare Cathar's own G7 prototype pictures to the Swiftech plates. :)

Mike, it looks to me like swiftech did a little extra flow optimizing with the rev2 plate compared to the G7.
lol bloody.. ya i meant ladies..
Looks very similar IMO.
indeed it is, but in the Swiftec version, the inlet and oultets of the channels are larger than the rest of the channel to facilitate flow.
Well, got the Storm rev.2 early!

Very nice, give us some results.
sexy,
keep us posted!
anyone knows who sells these tops and for how much?
Cheers
sexay beast
so if you have swiftech storm rev1, can you just purchase the 2 layers that are different than rev1?
If swiftech has extras.. yes. atleast thats what I percieved from gabes previous statement.
It could also have meant that the midplates are for sale and that any extras willl be sent out for free to current storm owners, so long as they contact siwftech and request one.
you can now buy the upgrade kits for $53.50

they maybe a little steep, but i'd still like to order one
rip off...
manufacturing wise price is "ok" but still a lot since a new one costs 85$...
maybe swiftech could receive old tops and machine them for less price ?... ok... now i'll stop dreaming :D
yikes... thats a bit steep for the plates.. but I must admit most of the machine time involved in the storm is from the midplates and not the baseplates.

Nice one Nicksterr.
I look forward to seeing some sort of comparison between it and the old revision. I wounder if RoboTech is getting his hands on one?
I am getting my hands on one and will do a comparison between it and the Storm Rev1 as well as 7 other blocks.
good to hear... $53 is way too much for me, i might as well sell my Storm and get an entire new one...
$53 is too much for me too, the two I have now were less than that shipped for the whole schmagig.

Thats 30£ when the whole block cost me 50£ >.>"
Guess I wont be getting one now, heh!
50 pounds! thats about 90 dollars.. what a rip.. Glad im in the US.
Ah, but how much is a PA over there? Cause over here theyre cheaper than a BIP...
PA's are up the but expensive.. dam import exports..
~80-89 for the PA160.. 120-130 for the PA120.3
