long time, i've tryed Dry ice and temps were down to -35°C bios readings, but the opty only would do 3.200 for 3dmark01 maybe its my psu that is not that strong, but i also think that its cold bug free but it performs really bad when it gets really cold.
More volts didnt help that time i only got like 1.5 hours to play couse the single stage wasnt mine. I did some test with cold air an it did 3250 mhz cpu temp 27°C we are in summer here and is getting really hot 34°C most of the days

well that means it is not coldbug free in my eyes.
Almost every opti has its own "optimum" temp.
if it is higher or lower it will clock worse.
coldbug free would mean in my opinion: it scales with lower temp until ln2.
I think your one (and mine as well) won't do more than 3 GHZ on ln2 because it is too cold for the processor.
On several clocks and volts it was hard for me to get it occt stable...too cold and it will stop but has no problems in windows or games.
As long as I keep temps up it will pass occt...strange strange things :(
