What ram divider are you using? 354fsb 1:1?? That's a lot if that is the case... Reason why I ask is cuz the few opteron single-cores that I've tested were picky about dividers bigtime!

Wow, you can do that high of HTT with default LDT? I usually have to raise LDT voltage a bit to stabilize high HTT.
