nice clock for the new WR :)
insane clocks!
congratz!
Great job:clap:
But, why all runs with same memory timings?
Great times, and on an Epox no less. Who here would have tried that ;)
What does this mean?Quote:

Nice very nice :)
But I see timmings that could be optimised :slapass:
You tried to tight them?
Woops, there was a typo & bad machine translation-- should be:Quote:

Anyway, for me, so nice to have a smoking, coffee &/ snack break while waiting.
As for optimizations of PI, actually I have learnt a lot of them from threads & posts here in XS like
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...ad.php?t=49345
Additionally, have adopted suggestions from cpulloverclock, the world best SuperPI Guru, http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...9&postcount=36
Not exactly sure about lock pages in memory & LargeSystemCache.reg and have never tried iccout.exe though….
Congratz man :)
I've got a Epox 9NPA+ Ultra to and also did the Vdimm mod. Do you have any pics of your mod ?
Wow, hard to believe this record was on Epox MB. Do we see a good DFI alternative?
if kinc would bench 1M with his fx-57 3980 in 3D i though (that over 4ghz in 1M)
it would be below 21
Thank you:)Quote:

Vdimm mod is different from Ultra M/B.
I do clip mod for SLi M/B like:
LM358M (located right hand side of yellow Dimm slots facing from FDD connector)
10K VR Pin#2/Pin#4(GRD)-- though up to your own risk.
Also 3.3V Rail of the PSU must be variable like OCZ PowerStream or need 3.3V mod itself to bump up Vio.
Thats sounds very interesting and something i'd like to try out :)Quote:

Which 3Gb file are you copying?
From where to where?
When do you do it (before a run?)?
If you can give a step by step example that would be fantastic
WTF - FX57 without coldbug under LN2?!
great times
im only 3 secs away :) i'll make it 2 soon i hope
Fred
will you please explain me:
1. what is Ricky Tweak
2. and what file and where to move it
tnks
Unfortunately, no detailed steps were given by Hideo due to variations in one's HDD configuration & etc so one has to try it to find out.Quote:

Anyway, you can see his awesome 32M run result with his tweak in 32M Ranking
AFAIK, Ricky's Tweak is to change Computer in Device Manager to ACPI Multiprocessor PC from ACPI Uniprocessor PC.Quote:

For your Q2, please see my other post.
   INSANE !!!
And done on a crappy EPOX - a fine DFI should do some more better.... ;)
:toast:
So you guys dont use it yourselves?Quote:
