I meant: "Doubt the 3.8 @ 2.2 is real :)Quote:

@r00t: very nice so far! give a little more vcore.

If you can somehow validate or repeat Opteron @ 3.8 GHz on water, it must be some kind of world record.
I think you are lying because this is by far the highest vcore I've seen on a 90nm AMD chip
According to the cpu wattage calculator, that 148 would output 390watts at full load.. Now we know why it would never be possible.. lol.
yeah, that's quite heavy. But couldn't it be possible because the water was chilled? And the temps aren´t too good, so...
Come on...
3,8GHz @ 2,2V on WC is impossible IMHO
the 3.8ghz screen is impossible :D
do you know how to make a validation r00t?

nice results :D
hehe, i primed a 3000+ venice @ 3,46 ghz @ 1,9v for 2 hours :P
Gehts noch?
Vali?
What do you think about this? I would never kill my CPU in this way! But try to post a Validation!
I dont believe a :banana::banana::banana::banana: of this. No validations, and when some people ask for it, the venice dies LOL.
Then give us some validations of the opterons at high voltage.
@ Xtasy
I thought that your result was a validation wasn´t it ?
Do you have one prime screen of that result ?
@ r00t
Nice joke...give it up ! Never will get more than 2 volts on an 90 nm cpu...
@ stunned, it is definetly possible, I meen a Ultra-D can volt up to what? 2.4? 2.3?
he would be crazy to do that, but then again he lives in bavaria, so if he has the radi outside the window and its bloody cold, then it could be possible, however I do doubt it as well...
i think Xtasy said the truth guys ;) :fact:

r00t, according to your voltage:
I simply can't belive that without a validation link. Though it was very cold on my balcone here in bavaria I've had my San Diego 4000+ with 1.675 vCore on water and it had something like 55°C.
Thats nuts, even under LN2 I'd have serious doubts...
guys, for all its worth, he never gave the temp reading for the 2.2v chip, 50c was for his venice...
