I put cork tape over entire mobo & back once. Duct tape I haven't resorted to.Quote:

omg stupid Weee... I had a 20:43.188 and I thought you had put up a 20:42 so I didn't bother taking the screen shot, stupid Weee... Anyways don't get too comfortable =PQuote:

Very nice 32M runs :toast:
Ive got a 148 0543 laying around here that i planned to sell because it didnt do as wel as me 146 on stock mach II. Maybe ill keep it for a while to see if i can get it under DI sometime soon..
Congrats on taking that 32M record back! :toast:
Thanks, last night I ran a 20m40s, but it froze and blinked out. Then in a frenzy I ran a 20.39 but the same thing happened before I could save a screen. I have to remove the DI to hopefully allow the temp to stay high enough to be stable for SS. At that speed though, I just can't do it fast enough as it has to be really cold for as long as possible. I did a couple more 20.39's tonight and was able to take pics of the completed run at varying degrees of getting things open afterward SG, and cpu clock. Cpu-z takes too long after the "previous version...." sign. 20m39.613s http://img322.imageshack.us/img322/3...08051ij.th.jpg and 20m39.212s http://img277.imageshack.us/img277/733/p10308229go.jpg http://img277.imageshack.us/img277/3...08246tn.th.jpg
I wanted to get a screen showing more than just a photo. I ran some more, and got a 39 but still needed to work on finishing for SS http://img321.imageshack.us/img321/6...08307ey.th.jpg
Then finally got a couple 40's saved http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/9444/20404lu.th.jpg and http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/1...02031yq.th.jpg.
Finally a SS of 20.39. Not as quick but a good screen non the less.

you really should optimise that WinXP install man
Wait till I get one of Coop's opties on my autocascade. Hopefully it'll like the -40C core temps ;)
Ooo, this should be interesting..Quote:

*envious*
Great scores though- and even better value for money!
Sweet Opteron and great clocking, Cooper
I'm still fighting for "below 21:00" (currently at 21:07) with Opteron 146 that njkid32 send me to fool around with :) It doesn't seem willing to pass 32M @ 3.5GHz but I'm still trying and amazed how well it does.
Congrats once again :toast:
Me first run on 3.5:

Thanks, I HAD a 146 0540, still kicking myself. It was an amazing chip also. But at that time I never saw many volts passed through them and the most I took it up to was ~1.6v. But for 10x and using a 166 divider it was still able to go ~3300 for a 1m iirc.
"But for 10x and using a 166 divider it was still able to go ~3300 for a 1m iirc."
No, not smoking crack, just old. 1m @3163 1.616v 25.903s and a 32m@3155 1.648v 22m47s both with water. Not a bad chip though.
loc.o, what divider are you using?
wish my opty would do that :[
ive only hit 2.8ghz at 32m stable
You are on air and they are on dice and phase :)
Very impressive results here  That's made me impatient to recieve those 14 pieces I've ordered to the component distributor; I'am praying for such a good stepping anyway!
Congrats!
150 unfortunately, mem @ 250. My 1M doesnt like ricky tweak and ive got the feeling 32M doesnt either. Have to check it on me other HDD though.Quote:
