nice clocks dude, fsb200 would be heaven ... ;)

will try to hit 3.62ghz next weeks on ln2,
but for 100% i think of a socket a goede, any oc experiences with that kind of cpu?

Do the 1800 JIUHB do better than 1700 JIUHB for the most part? I had a 1700 that did 2.3ghz on air at just 1.7v... man these things are money! :D

It's just crazy to think that one could double the CPU power with some tweaking (although you probably did a little more than some). :D

Someday when I finally upgrade to A64 (or dare I say it a 65nm Intel) I think I'm gonna try for some extreme OC'ing with the chip I have now... 0310 XPMW... Right now I'm limited by my mobo and psu :( ...

That thread on the guy and his 1700 at "around 4GHz" was funny.

I wonder if he wants to buy my k5 that does just under (way, way under) 3GHz. :)

I don't see the point for a sucide shot though.

I got an AN7 to play with this 1800+ since my NF7 is used elesewhere. It's amazing I could run 1M @245MHz 2-2-2-5 right out of the box. I didn't went threw the trouble to mod it and to optimise for a 1M run, but I'd like to do it one day.

No just as good, like most of the times when it comes to AMD chips.

I didn't tweak at all for this sucide shot, anyway there isn't much to do besides cooling and trying several bios as far as I know. For sure not as many as on a64.

I feel like I've gone through 100+ bioses with my old XP-M and NF7-s. With A64, I've gone through maybe a dozen... (that's a good thing... flashing bioses over and over and testing was sometimes a drag).

I tryed 3 different bios to get a better max screen out of venice/opty wouldn't help at all. I think progress are more likely to be seen on dim freq.
