well i love how many inputs it can convert from, thats pretty sweet.
But, i need to be able to select resolution and framerate!!!! that shouldnt be that hard eh ati?
ive been looking for a free app that will let me change res and framerate with this many things into whatever output i want for a long time.... guess i need to keep going.

I just tried the converter on a 700mb Xvid (tested converting to max quality Divx) and it took 20 minutes. Just for comparison, with Tmpeg that would take about 4-8 hours. Absolutley stunning work on the part of ATI. whoever coded this thing is pure genious.
i am making a correction in my earlier statementQuote:

I wonder how fast this beast will be with ATI X1000 HARDWARE ENCODER  :slobber: :slobber: :slobber:
i just converted a wmv from the MS website (convert to divx) and it didnt work.. it just made a 4 minute long black screen..
did the same thing with a 1gb vob file from a DVD.. but just before that I got it to work great on an ATI HD movie.. very wierd if u ask me..
