Thats sic. What timings are they rated at (PC4800/DDR300)?

Those timings with those volts and that freq: harshly binned TCCD or you have the lucky set.

More LDT voltage = more memory overclock? :confused: Could it be that LDT voltage goes to the on-die mem controller.. New setting for me to mess with.

DDR600 2.5-4-4-8

i got my Geil one to DDR600 2.5-3-3-5 (32M stable) and thought that was all they had. looks like ill have to have another go with them after ive finished this run of 3D with my new 7800GTX.

i know mine can do 311 2.5-3-3-0 4M stable. ill post back.

What is the part number of these? Same GOS1GB3200DC only with 05xx ICs? Is it written somewhere where I can read it without taking off heatpsreaders?
