ram is cold.. we have nice snow here :D

I dropped the attempt to do anything with my supplier, he is just to unreliable.

The copper prices here in dk is Enormous.. Almost the same as you retail price - 260$.

My best so far is 1622MHz @ 2.8V :D Mem. on my card is prety crapy though , it did only 1363MHz :slapass: Max. Benchable (watercooled and with good ram sinks :nono: ) before vmod :) No wonder other guys get 1700+ with better clocking mem. by default :D

GPU goes over 630mhz with warm water and 1,8v

GPU from my card won't run well with 1.8 , even with ~ 0C Iced water . In the middle of the test screen just turns black and comp looks dead , even "reset" wont help . I have to actualy unplug the power cable and plug it back , and then it revievs :D Got prety scared when it happend first time - thought that i fried the card :ROTF: So, ya ... for my core 1.75-1.77V seems the max it will run with :slapass: Not much else i can do with water cooling i gues on VGA, except 3DMark2001 ofcorse ... :hrhr: :D

Nice clean Vmod u got there :toast: , good idea of using Molex for Vcheck :eek:

on which test it turns the test screen black?
maybe my 2003 nature bug is the same..
but it runs 2005 just fine with 1,8v on gpu but turns every time to black screen on 2k3 nature..

Well , it turns black in random test from 2005 with 1.80V and like u mentioned in Nature Test from 2003 with 1.80 to 1.78 . Managed to pass it with exactly 1.775 only , no higher (black screen) and no less (freezes and low score) . :lol: Try Iced water , it looks like u have a better GPU then mine , if runs 630 on worm water . Mine did only 621 on a regular temp water with ~ 1.8V :( , and it was only able to pass 2005 , had to lower speed and voltage for 2003 . So ya , probably u have a better core so just try to play with some ice - might get some realy impressive scores ;) :toast:

PS. Hope that Platoons card is RMA'ble , sorry to hear that :( Do u know how did it die ? Probably cracked the core with Vapo head or something like that ? :confused: :(

How do i know that ? Cause i Killed my beloved 6800GT , that clocked 490/1280 without voltmods on water that way long time ago , with damn Vapo :slapass: . Its not easy to mount it right without cracking core with stock mounting kit it comes with :nono: , almost impossible :( ...

:banana::banana::banana::banana:... Jaan did smth with the cooling... he tried to fix it lil bit better but now the card wont boot... i havent seen the card for days now and his very quiet :S im lil bit pissed off right now
