Opteron 146 at 3,050mhz in a Shuttle

Yea, it does look like from everyone's preliminary results, that these do in fact love low voltages, and not scale will at all with volts.

A cpu's TDP is not how many watts of heat it produces, rather it's the amount of wattage it can dissipate. ;)
