I´ll order one of these, as I own a couple of CH5s ;)
thanks.
damn things are still ETA'd in australia... otherwise i'd order one now :(
Very nice results Mister ,. :)
120euro costs the 2X512 Twinmos also ,,, AA4T [UTT] & 1A4T [BH5] , , , go 4 hunt Boys :hehe:
man when I read the reviesws from THG and OCwb and umm anandtech I was so happy..
Now over at ocworkbench forums and others im starting to get scared about this purchase..
Imthinking about cancleingmy order and getting dfi nf3 939 instead..
PPl cant seem to get anything over 260 to 275 htt with like a 9 multi
I was hoping for more like 300 X 9 ormore :(
Now what? :slapass:
they're all n00bs, duh!
most of those n00bs are getting over 300, so DW!!
http://www.ocworkbench.com/ocwb/ulti...c/30/4914.html
well im switchingfrom anf3 250 gb and a newark that did 2.9 soooooo :(
I was hopingfor atleast 2.7 andmaybe even 2.8ish
I guess ill have to get a hole of it and seehow it clocks and If I dont like it ill rmaand go someother route..
I have 30 days to run tests..
lol all noobs :) :toast:
yea, n00bs. i bet half of them forgot to change the htt multi... and the other half are rich and have high multiplier cpus and don't need high htt.
ill be totally happy with 270 275X10
If that is acheivable ill take it with pleasure..
Untilthenew bios comes out thatis :)
then i want 300+'s with 9 multi
also exactly what I was thinking is the multi issue as well...
Good call on that one!
I'm confident i'll reach 350 no worries.
Thanks :toast:Quote:

no worries and good luck....it looks as though your CPU still has some MHz left in it so you should definately break some records with this amazing gem of a board :toast: :toast:Quote:

i think the thread creator needs more than 1.55V for the sort of cooling he's going to be using......otherwise 1.45V will pretty much do to get some decent clocks from this week30 we keep seeing......i still can't believe that guy did a 32M run with default v-core and 3GHz OC....fuc.k me deadQuote:

I had the opportunity to test this board for 2 days. I liked everything but limited bios options - low vcore, low vdimm, no advanced ram timings etc.
By the way, Abit and Asus also make some s939 and s754 ULI boards.
MAybe this will replace my ultra-d witch i suspect are dying on me :( *subscribed*
whats the abit brand board named? i was thinking a nf3 myself till this thread.Quote:

the abit uses the 1689 not the 1695
BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG difference
Yeah, shame they are not using 1695 :slapass:
Not sure how much worse 1689 is.
low clock, low performance, 1 chip solution, agp only
for all the options this mobo has, itll be a killer if theyll just make a bios that will let cpus breaths.
Dam Mister u Always murder with whatever parts u get..
great job
Whenever I see one of ur posts I always think about that eddie murphy movie Goldenchild because thats what u are to all hrdware, Golden..
Just picked up the ASRock 939DUAL-SATA2 Socket 939/ULI M1695/AGP+PCI-E/SATA2 Motherboard for $68 from Ewiz. . Charlie pointed out that they also had some of the 939 Opterons there as well so I picked up a 148.
Will be looking forward to your results, let see wht the vcore regulation is like on those brds. Heheee.Quote:
