I'm thinking about ditching my GSKill 2x512 DDR 550 for 2x1GB of this RAM...looking good. The original posts are a few months old...are these still Sumsung TCCD's?
:(
hello Karakoto, I am an Italian boy and follow your forum for a long time. I have ddrgskill PC 4000 hz (uccc)e dfi nf4-d, bios a 623-3 with dual Core amd 4400 to 11x257, have a problem with shielded blue to the unexpected one, I have made all the tests with gold memory 6,68 and memtest also s&m and double first 95, ripping dvx to dvd,e are rock solid, that I have only shielded blue to the suddenly. Please help me.maybe I got wrong the setting of the alpha timing?please could you send me the alpha setting? Please help me.
The new batch of 2GB HZ are doing 270-275MHz 3-4-4-8 average with low voltage.Quote:

Greets to magnifico...:)
Kakaroto....do you notice some improvement in lowering the voltage in such a modules you tested ?
I tested other UCCC (not GSKill) but stopped around 270....I think is in average...
Yes, 270-280MHZ is average. (3-4-4-8)Quote:

Even with those black heatspreaders, it still getting hot.
My 2GB HZ is now 4h prime large FTT (272MHz 3-4-4-8 2.62v) after putting an fan 90mm above the memory.
mine so far: (anyone see any timings I could tighten up? Im still a bit confused with all of the DRAM settings...)
They are also confirmed 32M and BF2 stable at this speed. Also, add 10C to the CPU temp... (Damn Expert temp bug!)

Kakaroto, your using the orange slots on your ultra-d, right?
Ordered the 2x1GB HZ pair yesterday
I would really like to see them do 280MHz to match my 170 1:1 but I very much doubt it but I can always dream :D
:D Hi Andrea,you have tested A-Data uccc,please posted screen.Quote:

interesting...I just had few time to test it during xmas vacation, but didn't test as I like and should have to retry lowering the voltage.Quote:

I'm using the 623.3 bios, can my dram settings be tweaked further more? I'd like to get it stable at 270fsb.
Cheers
