I don't know what kind it is, can you figure it out from the banks part number? It's M2U51264DS88B1G-5T.

BTW, this memory did DDR455 in the MSI Neo4 and could reach 313FSB as I've said before.

Read Dani's earlier post -- he had much better luck with a R.AA0 SLI-DR than a R.AB0 Ultra-D

Good idea.
It could be the revision number R.AB0 but it may be the difference here between the Ultra-D vs SLI-DR chipset too.
I just won a new R.AA0 SLI-DR off eBay to check against my new R.AB0 SLI-DR so this may answer the question (are older revisions better?) by using exactly the same components on two different board revisions.

My first DFI nF4 Ultra-D had revision R.A02 , did +370HTT easy
My second Ultra-D was R.A03, did'nt try more than 350HTT, was Prime95 stable
Third Ultra-D, R.AB0 did only ~320HTT after many trys (just ones SP1M trough)
Now my SLI-DR with R.AA0 can do at least 350HTT Prime95 for hours

Did you use the same BIOS version in all the mobos?

There was an weird thing I noticed with newer R.AB0 board:
Original BIOS was 3.10, was'nt stable even with default settings, Prime95 +10h, HCI memtest +2h and SP32M pass without error but sudden Bluescreen when you were in internet or something..(IDLE)

Tried "best" BIOSes for KHX3500 DW50:
- 3.10p, sudden BS
- 5.10-2, sudden BS

Those BIOSes worked best for my setup with R.A02 board but not anymore with R.AB0.

Only BIOS that worked well with R.AB0 is/was 6.23-2 newer but not a chance to reach stable +320HTT :mad:

And now with R.AA0 3.10p and 5.10-2 work stable at least 350HTT

Have you tried the 1:2 divider? I know it will kill your mem performance but do it at least for testing purposes...

10 4 4 3 is not stable at 320 HTT. Max stable so far it 2.4-4-4-7 310 HTT interleave enabled too :)

I willl try the same components on an SLI-DR R.AA0 coming Saturday.
