Had one when my ultra d went bad and the board layout was better. That was the only good thing. About 1/2 the memory tweaks and less bois options in general.
The worst thing was the Oscar bios don't work on this mb. Therefore you get value treatment when it come to updating and improving the bios. Sent it back and got another ultra d while waiting for old mb. At NE both ultra d and infinity are the same price.
I guess it depends on if you want a real oc mb that you can make sli or a sli mb that will oc a little.
