Well after testing i must say this is true. Anywhere after 3.1v this ram craps out @high FSB. It is best @2.9-3.0v. I have goten few MHZ more with DDR booster but nothing to brag about. But 290mhz @ 2.4.4.5 with PAT and other timings settings tighten does great on my rig.I have no need for 300mhz which is still prety much achievable since i cant use it with any divider that will make sence. I also tried OCZ 4000EL VX and they were no go with this setup. Exelent ram but not for intel rig. To bad, i love how they look and perform, gona have to sell them :mad:

D5 actually does not like voltage, 2.65V is all you really need to max it 2.5-3-3.

this is what i got superpi1m stable (but i have to say superpi16m will end up in a reboot after 1-2min)
I had these strange rebootprob with my bh5 and dividers and it seems something is not good at speeds over 270 HTT with my rig...I had 3 GB of ram and if dividers or 1:1 - 260 HTT upwards will end up in a reboot in superpi32m while prime small fft is running @2960mhz 1.65V for hours.
Seems I have a really bad mem controller in my 3200+ :( :( :(
Will do some more tests this evening...

Hey. Sorry to drag up an old thread but I`ve got Hynix B chips on my OCZ PC4400 and I`ve managed 295 @2.5-4-4-5 1T @3.15-ish volts. I`m after 300 but would like to know if the RAM is "safe" with that much juice... the warranty is gone, but dont wanna blow the chips. Any advice?

EDIT: Do the less discussed settings in the A64 tweaker count? If I set my refresh rate to 7.8uS I can hit 300..whereas at my preferred setting of 3.9uS, I top at the 295 mentioned above. I lose 0.5seconds-ish in SuperPi 1M at 7.8 over the 3.9.
