Celeron@ 3.3 G= 1 frame per 1:20 or 80 seconds
Xp1600@ 1.7 G = 1 frame per 1:30 or 90 seconds
I got that right?
Looks like an OC'd xp still has the price/performance edge in Folding and Multimedia. Must be nice to have a near 100% OC though!

Bang for the buck, XP's are still better for folding. Sure would be nice to see more of your names on our folding team. Ive been there for only 2 months an in place 13 now.
Hint hint. that mean please sign up and help us out.
I havnt had a chance to try any gromacs out on the celeron, since there havnt been any in a while, and i am on the beta team, and no date on getting anymore.
My tbred 1800's @ 2ghz kill the celeron. plus you can buy 2 for the price of a celeron 2.2 which is around $120 now. I got it off the intel IPD for $78 though and the 2.0 for $59. Otherwise I wouldnt of spent the money on celeron's.
I can get 13.8k 3dmark out of the celeron
Hehe and on a Bd7 with an older bios, it shows as a true p4 on startup to all you "posers" out there. hehe.

you can sometimes get them on ebay, and newegg has them... there is a 45w 1900+ there that has a stock core of 1.5v for $99
the other ones have a 1.4v core... dont ask me about the price difference cause i have no clue why they are so far apart. I heard newegg baught a bunch of them becasue they heard OCers like us where buying them up, as far as i know its the only 2 places you can get them, and besides the .1v core difference i dont think there is any difference between the two... if you can find out any more let me know
i started a thread here...
