yes an old bios...
Hey guys..
Is there any similar bios for P4GD1? (that allows to change the multi).
thanks.
EDIT: Misread the former post. Sorry.
mixed up with the numbers :(
i have multi control in bios now
This really makes life easier for the 760. Even under Vapo, I had to make sure the rig was at its coolest to boot @ 201*15 =3015. Now, naturally aspirated rigs can boot a 760 at 201.
One thing that sucks is the need to shut off after an overclock - reboot won't post.
Is it possible that the board/bios only gives default voltage on startup? I'm prime stable now for 12hrs at 260x10, but it will still only boot at 220-230, and even then, not every time. I would much prefer to have my options set in the bios instead of changing it from windows.
so this bios unlucks multi for dothan on a P4P800 DELUXE ??Quote:
P4P800 and P4P800 Deluxe 1019 BIOS.

Since you have a 1.7 dothan, you can boot @201fsb (13*201)? not?
If you have a 400busspeed 1700 dothan then you indeed need the MP selection to boot @201fsb, 17*201 is maybe TO optimistic :D
Im a little hesitant to run the P4C bios on theQuote:

In windows you can only update to a newer bios for a specific board .
Have you tried to flash your bios with a floppy. And don't forget to use the bootblock command :)
