Have you tried IDing it as a vanilla 6600? That's what I had to do with my 6200 and it showed up as a 6600 in everything just fine.

i tryied as a 6600 But it didnt work again... Could Someone Tell me What should i do exactly from the bigining ?

I'm pretty sure that you have to check the box to "Allow enabling hardware masked units". Also, you must restart after changing the ID. You'll probably have to reinstall the video drivers after restarting as well.

1- First i removed Driver
2- then i selected Settings like this And accepted them

4- then i Setup Driver...

5- Restart again

6- i get sad when i see 6200 again :confused:

damn my 2nd pipeline unit is broken :mad:
when i set it to 8x1,3 it artifacts (not really big, but the are there) in aquamark and 3mark.
Are there more people who's pipes were broken??

Yes, there have been a few people who have been unable to open the disabled pipe.

5-and then u should get "New Hardware found"
6-and then install the drivers again
7-and restart
8-and finally it should be 6600GT

Unlikely. By "unable to open it", I mean, "unable to open it without artifacting". Let us know if the bios flash worked.

which version of rivatuner did you used ?
i used v2.0 RC 15.5 ...
And What did you exactly did on riva tuner ?
