If you ask me, it's going to be tough case to break... ;)
Amazing score. These Dothan cores seem to be really good for benchmarking.
Now that would be just insane...
Dothan + 955X + DDR2 + X850 XT PE = OH MY LORD :slobber:
No insane would be amr or sli with Dothan and the rest of it. :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :slobber:

Way better than Oppainter's run!
"Though I was looking, and that 329.3fps Nature with 837/694 X850 clocks kinda sucks"
yea x850 is slower than x800 but the extra nature of x800 would only add maybe 200-300 marks more
"Try WinXP SP2. Also use the MPS Uniprocessor instead "
winxp sucks! multi apic really helped my score too!
"46k possible now I'm thinking.....8 days and counting to make it happen."
O M G!!!!!!!! :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: Youd take out Oppainter and everyone else by 1000s of marks! This is on ONE gpu too, right? :slobber:
"soon you can call youreself a legend"
He already is my 3dmark hero :) :woot:
"The next times gonna be hard for AMD, is more than likely that the FX-57 (0.09m) don't work bellow -65º C.."
How cold can Dothan get? Is there a good desktop mobo for Dothan capable of high fsb? Also if Dothan is locked youll be stuck at that multiplier and high fsb will be much harder :( also we dont know how well the fx57 will do, maybe itll be better as in very high clocks?
"50K should be enough to stop them off"
LOL I dont know if ill faint or need a boat for all the :slobber: ill be doing! 50k is very, very big! Thats more than 5k higher than the top score today! May take 4GHz or darn near that on the Dothan to pull it off, either that or the upcomming r520 and g70 is a possibility due to massive nature.
:slobber: :slobber: This is gonna get very interesting...and lol its not every day you see OPP comparing to score that's higher than his...:toast:Quote:

Just WOW... ! :D
Wow, nice work Kingpin!
That dothan is just monsterous! :slobber:
Wow, nice score. Excellent work.
And you know the scary thing??
kingpin's CPU is only a "decent" clocker... TAM and memesama have 3900mHz stable at superPi 1M...
so for a moment imagine kingpin @ 3750mHz!!!

You still so high on the FX??
And the P4C800 is good up to 300mHz++
Any more questions?
Oh and btw, the "new" 2M Dothan was last year's news... this new Dothan is "improved"
C
3900mhz SPi 1M? Where Charlie where? :fact:
We need to all pitch together and get Vince one of those :D
Holy Jesus, 3900Mhz SPi 1M :slobber:
Give this chip to k|ngp|n.
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...771#post890771
my bad... CPUMark stable, not SuperPi...
3901mHz...
Looks like the Dothan clocks HIGHER than FX55 AND packs more punch per mHz!!
C
yea, the dothans are just amazing. And think, theres probably at least a hundred or so in notebooks that have sooo much potential, but are just running their stock 1400mhz. :(
Congratulations, k|ngp|n. :toast: I had a gut-feeling you'd be pushing competition to the next level with that Dothan. ;)
exelent, i love that score :)
well done m8
and... can't wait to finish the :banana::banana::banana:ing damm scool and start benching again :)

go get some more ln2 awsome runs, try a x800pe and all the tweaks and you might get 48k-49k
"Oh and btw, the "new" 2M Dothan was last year's news... this new Dothan is "improved""
explains why all of a sudden we are seeing great performance! Last year Dothan wasnt much but now its da bomb! What did they change? Ondie controller? Dual channel with bh5? low latency cache? High fsb mobos? This is very exciting to be seeing new records broken after a few months stangant. I still have hope for the fx57 though, its stock speed is 2.8GHz :D
Asus made an adaptor for Dothan to be used on s478 mobo's (think P4C800). ;)Quote:
