He didnt post it for us to see 350fsb on a p4 omg, he did to show the power of a dual core at 4.9Ghz...Quote:

...not to mention that Legit Reviews had their XE Dual Core Idling at 66C ;)...so heat is yet another point of friction when overclocking.

And given that its starts at 3.2Ghz stock, it really is an Xtreme overclock from every angle you look at it ;)
Perkam
This motherboard will not break 5Ghz with stability but it can break it for screen shot.
I will try again with another mobo.

I wish cpuid reported correct speed after aibooster adjusts.

congrats :D
what did the mem max out at?
what timings?
looks like 4.9ghz is pretty stable, how high do you think you can get it?
can the cascade take more vcore and higher clocks?
why, hard to get 350fsb with ddr2? ther is even these with garanteed 400fsb our there nowQuote:

HAHAHAHA #1 PCmark :toast:
The 5400 is based on a 667 part, we ship the same part speed binned for tighter latency in the new 800EB. Your older 4300EB is not based on the same IC Fugger, thats why you are able to clock higher with the Corsair...its all a question of IC's.
Sweet PCMark04 score, FUGGER! over 9k  Not to mention about 28.5s in Cinebench2003 :slobber:
thats prolly because Pi isnt a multi threaded app. ( i think) thtas also why theyve been saying gamers will be better off with single core chips for a while, until software is made to take advantage of 2 physical cores and can be multi threaded.Quote:

passive cooling on the northbridge?
Very nicley done ;)
Have you run 3dmark with that?
Amazing stuff there, Congrats! :D
jjcom
xtreme cpu and performance, well done fugger
Wow. That is outstanding.
Just amazing for a double core CPU .. :slobber:
Those 29KMIPS and Mem Bandwith make my FX55@4Ghz ashamed :(
Please give us more details in terms of DDR2 timming !!
Very good job Boss, as always :toast:
Those are some insane mips!
Im still in shock  :slobber:Quote:

Amazing work as always too BTW!!
yeah Asus Intel NF4 could be great...
Will DFI bring a 955X or Intel NF4 ? If not...imo Asus will be THE dual core board :)
Excellent start on another Intel Xtreme run :toast:
Hope you find a better MB and :cord: that CPU :D
nice one FUGGER you can try the msi nforce 4??? to see if you can clock higher
