grrr I hate all this cloak and dagger, NDA style not saying stuff! I've had my A8N-SLI Deluxe for over 3 months now, and have been trying to lead the way in getting ASUS to fix the 1T issue.

Guinea-pigging every beta bios, emailling ASUS repeatedly, and getting Wesley from Anandtech to talk to them to, all with the aim of doing something like your DDR600 at 1T.

Have you any idea how this 1T issue was fixed, whether it was Rev 2.00 of the board, or this mysteriously secret BIOS for the board?

EDIT: Or perhaps the A8N-E had no 1T issue before... I just don't know?!

yes it say that it doesn't work on a8n-sli, maybe on -e it works...

but the better think to join a8n-e is the better memory performances not the price :D

Could you try with double sided dimms?
I think the problem with 1T its related to double sided dimms, and not single sided.

Agreed, even early a8n-sli dlx, have shown 270-290mhz on single sided with a total of 512mb, it is the 1gb level which is having problmes with 1t.

:( no money buy 512mb tccd ......

max vdimm is 3.0

nice work but unfortunately the a8n-sli is a few dollars cheaper here in australia than the a8n-e
