Chilly1 installation and insulation guide for A64

I have tested it to -120c many times.

for single stage, thinner insulation can be used or trimming of the supplied insulation is also possible.

Really Really nice,is that foam closed cell neoprene?

The foam is standare refrigeration insulation and is closed cell.

so am i to understand that you can run with this type of insulation 24/7? surley something more is needed?

What about insulation on back of mobo behind CPU socket? Is that not necessary?

Yep, shown in one of the pics I use 1/2" closed sell foam. It is what I used on the cascade and handy for that example.

Thinner stuff can be used or even two layers of foam tape.

I don't know for sure but it looks like armaflex with normal wire mesh around it. Like the stuff you mesh you psu cables with.

Yes but the PSU things are much smaller, can't find this big diameter

That looks so much simplier than cutting a 4''x4'' inch of closed cell foam, cutting the outer hole out. Then with the center you just cut out, cut another hole to fit inside the enclosure. Chilly, how many big and small donut foam do you have?

address is still the same, but I will refresh!! with that plastic wrap is just fantastic pure class!!!!, I hate to see ruined and cuted the neopreme around the arms of the evaporator....man llike this is pure class chilly1 all the way;)
