with more cooling it artifacts a little more? then remove the extra cooling! j/k :D
you mean with the tweaked timings it artifacts a little more?
for me (and a few others it seems) running the tweaked timings causes more artifacts when running at max OC unless extra cooling is added to the ram. i get no artifacts at stock speed with these timings.Quote:

Almost +600 in 3D01 :)
Wow, I'm gonna try to figure out these onmy only ati card (9200). Does anyone here know if I can do these on an NVidia cards?
This killed my FarCry stutters! Great work man...:D
So logically when you turn down the timings you lose max mhz... Just like with ram in PC? Hehe...
The question then is if it gives more performance with low timings low mhz or high timings high mhz...
Im not gonna meddle with my timings if my max mhz drops... I think you can max gain .% performance and its just not worth it :P But thats just me...
worked great for me
Caused mine to lock up and artifact. I'll have to try with individual settings one at a time.
yes please post back with which one caused the problem.Quote:

Nice results. What type of watercooling do you use on your X850XT PE?Quote:

This is what I see when I open the mem config in ATI Tool 0.0.23 on X850 PE

try atitraytool!
I see the same with ati tool 0.0.23 on x850xt pe...
edit:
the timings didn't work :slapass:
computer reboots in all benchmarks, perhaps it is the psu, but i don't know.
Does anyone have the full list of the stock timings?
it actually varies a bit between bios/manufacturers.Quote:

great job eshbach! bumped up my score by ~350 points in 3dmark03.
did a little test changning just TRP and the rest stock timings yesterday:
card is a X800Pro Vivo@XT PE (AGP), no v-mods
maxclock TRP 5 is 625MHz:
Drago low: 445.0
Drago high: 222.9
Nature: 249.9
625MHz with TRP 6:
Drago low: 445.0
Drago high: 222.3
Nature: 247.7
and now for the interesting...maxclock TRP 6:
660MHz:
Drago low: 446.6
Drago high: 223.3
Nature: 256.3
car high and low actually managed 670MHz :)
haven't tried with the timings you posted though. so don't know how that would work with TRP 6...
Thanks for the timings - awesome! Got 90 more points in 3Dmark05 at stock settings.
I didn't back up my original settings - assuming the reset button would bring everything back to stock - anyone can give me the stock timings for an ATI x850 xt pe pci-e ( ATI version)
Thanks
Mike
