my mustang GT will hand the eclipse and the WRX its ass..... but I just wanted to brag....
the WRX or the Eclipse would be nice.... I prefer the suspension on the WRX and the really basic interior... I like it plain on the inside.... plain wrappers make for a better kill....
AWD really is not that great except for off the line and loose surface.... I really prefer strictly rear wheel as you dont lose power twice, only once.... (from the engine to the wheels)
everything can be done well for 4500..... hell... if I sunk 4500 to my GT I'd have well over 500 HP and still be able to take corners like I was on rails....
Kurupt... sure you want a WRX? not trying to deter you, but wanting to make sure you get the right car..... sold my RSX-S for my mustang because I didnt think when buying the RSX-S (still took out a WRX though)..... might want to explore the options.... maybe like an RX-7, 300ZX, dodge stealth AWD, or something newer like the 350z, soon to be out RX-8, or even the mitsubishi lancer Evo VII...... lots of choices... might to look around more before you buy.... dont want someone to make the same mistake I did with the RSX-S

So you meen to tell me your mustang will hand my awd eclipse 400hp+ its ass ?
Anyways im getting a eclipse since I couldn't find a supra
-
the wrx beats the lexus is300 in stock config, so yes id say its a great car for the money..
id get lightly used one, as they only run under 20g.
AWD is awesome, i mean that enough to make it a great car..
The only think i dont like is i wish it had some sort of Electronic shifting like the is300 does. Im gonna get this car when i get money and ill probly get the Auto.
But yes, id say its a great car, and if you spend the extra cash in turbo kits and whatknot im sure youd have a very nice ride.
im looking forward to the carbon fiber hood myself when i get one :)

You should get a 3000GT V6 TwinTurbo dropped in the eclipse. :slobber: :D
-
Turbo,
When you have a chance please stop by AIM and tell me my price list =P
-
currently no... when I get an engine winch yes... dropping in my SHM 5.4 and 12LB ATi Procharger.... 400 hp has no chance :), but those are symantics.... as you are getting a car without mods... more than likley.... it will not matter.
I like the WRX, but not enough stock for stock to make it worth while for me.....
supras are very nice, hard to find and expensive..... I still say look into an RX-7, 300zx, or a dodge stealth.... cheaper car, so more cash for a few mods.

also, depends on what year supra you want.... friend of mine has an older supra.... not the same style as in TFATF...... but the style before.... not a bad car... but ya know. also, ebay is a great place to look.

I also vote for rx-7/8
but I love rotors

Rotary is the :banana::banana::banana::banana:. It seems like the Rotary engine perform best around 60,000 miles so getting a used one will be good. All the people I know that has one will not sell it. Savannah's are also good. (the turbo model) but have not found one to date. Have been looking for 5years? They are tuff to come by.
