i only had them shortly on DFi nF4... but it is BH-5 so we should forget about all this how much V and how high thingy which everybody in the meantime should already know...
@HKPolice
difference to CH-5 UTT lies in low voltage timings ;)

Difference between utt and CH5 is UTT don't hate desynch , Ch5 hate that.
I would have to agree. It is good for low fsb systems though that want to run 2 2 2. So will the current AA4t still be produced or phazed out and eventually speed premium will have bh-5 chips also?Quote:

Didn't you say that they will come as DDR450 to save us from searching for specific codes ?
we want tests with 3.6-3.7v :D
I'll be waiting...
i could imagine that in future speed premium ddr400 will remain based on ch-5 and we could see a speed premium ddr450 in future with BH-5 ones. But as long as they can be found on the cheap regular TwinMOS DDR400 who cares ;)
i wonder if the other manuf. will get a hold of bh5 as well. I want the memory prices to be low again. :toast:
So why are other manufacturers like Corsair/Kingston/Mushkin/OCZ buying the same UTT BH-5 chips and making heaps of $ off them? Still too rare?
Quite frankly I'm a little disapointed, other than running low voltage, low speed, low latency, there is nothing better about this BH5 revival. If you're gonna run 'xtreme voltage' ram at 2.6v, then you're just wasting money.
I was expecting 260-270Mhz 2-2-2 @ 3.3v.
with ocz's pll(sp?) tech, i think bh5 will be able to reach new heights.
Im scratching my head....
I have the UTT "CH5's" right here. These perform better than any CH5 I've ever seen. They blow my BH5 out of the water frankly.
So maybe "new" BH5 would be as better than old as the CH5 is better than old. We shall see.
Now I REALLY dont know what will show up in the next Newegg box, 3 sets of 1G coming and I dont know whether to hope they are AA4T or 1A4T :rolleyes:
I just want 4x 512M sticks that run 250Mhz 8,2,2,2.0 at 3.480V like this pair of 512M sticks Im typing on do.
lol, be patient.
DH-5 is on the corner.:D
@hkpolice
if there's gonna be a ram that does 260-270fsb 2-2-2-5 with 3.3v it could just be bh-4 I think
There should be no Bh-4 hitting to retail market If I am right.:DQuote:

Is that the "X-Files RAM" you somehow got a hold of?Quote:

BH4 did exist, I have pictures of the engineering samples. Just never got out the door as official product.
Be nice if someone got them to SHIP IT!!
i think you ´re quite right with both ;)Quote:

no i didn't mean that :) I was asking if it could do 2-2-2-5 as bh-5 and better fsb?Quote:

and i can´t remember either ;)
it´s all up to 1A4T (BH-5) and AA4T (CH-5)
Im ready for some dh too. its it supposed to be better or lesser than ch
Hey alonso, this has turned out to be a great years so far for twinmos hasn't it.
