Funny thing is, if you bench and game, FX is faster much of the time, but there actually are other things that people do with their PCs which Intel does as well or better. :p:
But in a lot of forums, there are some arrogant FX people (not referring to you) who think Intel users are dumb. Again, on both platforms, do some extensive video encoding, while doing 4 other things and playing a CD.
Some people actually use their PCs for things other than games or calculating pi! :lol:
Oh, and if I had the money, I'd run an FX (or maybe a Dothan, depending how the boards shake out) for gaming and benching and have a nice Pentium 4 for productivity - and stability. Not good to do work on bleeding-edge systems. :eek:
