I have, it will start from 40->39->38->...26->220ish and freeze.
let's say whole roll of seal string was with experimenting back and forth between multiple configurations :P
I must have spent about 30-40 hours by now just fooling around with this stuff. Got newcastle 3500+ instead at this point so no more exploring for me. MSI techsupport think prommy mach II is a heatsink... I just gave up. Well, if you guys have further questions or ideas on what to try let me know as I must have tried most of it by now even if I didn't post.

so you've ruled out the mobo anfd the cooler electronics....
you think the CPU freaks when it gets cold??

Could just be one of those CPUs that don't like the cold. I've had few now.
