Wich Ram can do around 280fsb with accepteble Timings? An a max od 3.0-3.1 V.....
OCZ EL 4400 Gold? OCZ 3200 Plat Rev.2 ? Patriot 3200?.....
ocz3200rev2 or that gskill rated for ddr550 2.5-3-3-7 is all i can think of. But i was a bh-5 guy, those 3's still dont look very good to me but the times are a change'n
Local shop to me, Discovery Computers. They only have TCCC in now.
I already sold the tccd sticks, too..
The ocz3200rev2 are they as good in 2x512MB? I ned 1Gig of memory.....
And will reach around 280fsb, 300fsb isnt realistic, isnt it?
for a gig of ram, i would say its possible to do 280, but 300 is would be pretty damn lucky, i don't know from experience but from what i've read the athlon64 onboard memory controller just plain can controll that much ram that fast, its still a better idea to get 1 gig or ram though, its faster for everything but bandwidth benchmarks, i've got some real kick ass bh-5 sticks(2x256) but when im in a game my fps really lags becuase i simply don't have enough ram
This sucks. I hoped that eventually ALL noname/oem Samsung memory would become TCCD. It's been a while already :(
I'm gonna buy some tccd memory now.. but not sure what i shall go for...
Adata 4800
PQI 3200 turbo
Geil 3200 ultra X
I'm sitting with DFI lanparty UT, and no booster or anything. They are all almost the same price... What do u guys think is the safest buy? Hoping for 240-250 2-3-3-6 or better...
Are those 3200XL?Quote:

I've tried the ADATA DDR600 / PQI 3200 Turbo and the G.Skill LE.....2 x 512mb.
Not alot of difference.....all can do cl2.5 7/3/3 1T at 275 fsb on my K8N Neo2, with 2.6-2.7 volts.
Edit: I did not try for more :)
I am writing again.
I am using 2x512 Adata DDR600 on P5P800 board with vdimm = Vo mod.
before mod:
Single 1:1 300 fsb @ 2.85V 3-4-4-8 stable
Dual 1:1 295 fsb @ 2.85V 3-4-4-8 stable
Dual 1:1 275 fsb @ 2.85V 2.5-3-3-5 stable
Dual 1:1 200 fsb @ 2.85V 2-2-2-5 stable
after mod:
Dual 1:1 285 fsb @ 3.34 V 2.5-3-3-5 stable
Dual 1:1 225 fsb @ 3.34 V 2-2-2-5 stable
Dual 1:1 240 fsb @ 3.7 V 2-2-2-5 unstable
As they say; memory controller limited?
