i use vaseline as well

It works well, but since this weekend I prefer plastic spray. Works as good as vaseline but removing vaseline from the board isn't something I enjoy very much.

Plastic spray on the other hand is even harder to remove completely but it doesn't make the mess vaseline does.

Well that really works nice.. The DI sinks into the heatsink and makes great contact. On the NF2 setup the whole NB was frozen :D

Too bad the board is dead now.. Got home last night and it died :/ There is too much kiling going on :rolleyes:

The NB was around -30c :) We meassured it in a previous dry-ice run.

OC'ing alone is fun, but OC'ing with 5 persons is great fun. :toast:
And the superPI is crap, cause it was runned with 2T. With a good run it must be a good 29sec.

29sec and 5min10sec in 32M is very doable.

We didn't run superpi on the first rig. The main goal was pifast :D.

And btw sae, try using 2 systems which had to be prepared in 1 day :D. You're the k7 master still :D.

setting up the systems just takes a lot of time. It took 2 hours to get both systems running. In another 3 hours, we had that pifast score.

Alone is not as fun with 5ppl zo that's mainly why. And noone had the stuff to do a very good run. 1 has a good motherboard, 1 has good cpu (the other 2 are :banana::banana::banana::banana: :( ) and 1 has the di container + good PSU etc :).

P.S. I am only jealous, I don't have friends nearby that OC like mad and could work together with me... ;) ... I have to have all the hardware myself, what's really a problem, you know :D (I only have 50€ spare money a month)

well we live across the netherlands, but a most 70km away or so :). Very well doable with the train :).

I have some more spare money because i still live with my parents and work 10hours/week :D. (still @ school)

It is really an advantage to try things together. i did have all the gear to make a DI run (3400+ NC, dfi (used in this record), DI container (i made the one on the pic), 3700EB mem (not used, but the same as used, i ran pifast 10x293 -> 42.34s), PSU (not used, but same PSU as used). etc :)

But the cpu kakaroto clocks much better (3040mhz pifast, mine did 100mhz less) and we mainly needed that to get the record :D

And in order to have some fun with friends and additionally breaking some records... that alliance of Dutch ocers makes sense indeed ;)
