Yes 10 bucks says its the Epox board! That would be why he never said anything about it cause he's too busy overclocking.

i was using a stock cooler and a msi neo2. it wasnt completely stable at that speed. but 2.7 seems pretty stable. ive been busy and havent had alot of time to mess with it.
i had a hell of a time trying to get my ls to work with the neo2. i tried using it a few days ago with no luck. then i read a thread about having to use a second psu in order for it to work. so i tried that last night and got it up and running but it would hard lock when the ls got to it's coldenst point. it was very strange. anything below -20c and i would get a hard lock :(

That is a hell of a nice overclock and bandwidth though, and doing it all at that level of voltage just tops it off.

It was doing 3GHz at only 1.4V with a whole bunch of benches in the background suggesting it is stable. It had 79xxMBs of bandwidth in sandra.
