hey HK what happen to the one you just got off me? the damm mb i got with that combo died like two days after i sent you the 3200. no wounder i got the cpu and mb for so cheap the kid must have run into the ground!! anyways i see you got a nice chip on your hands will it go higher? i got me one of these 3000 newcastles and it oc's like a mofo but im not so sure i like the 512 L2 or not....

Hmmm, I can't find anywhere to buy a 3200 CH mobile except Gameve, and they seem a bit overpriced. Why spend $240 on mobile 3200 CH when you could spend $200 on a DTR 3200 CH?

My 3400+ hits 2.6GHz with 1.7volts, my ram can only hit 220 at 2.8volts with all the timings tweaked to the max, but it still gives me sick bandwidth. Both of those results are stable. Unfortunatly I cannot give you any screens or anything as I'm at college now with my laptop. :/

I was using that first, then I saw the mobile deal, so I got that as well. Then I sold the cpu to a friend :)

Are they double sided sticks? Are you running 1T command rate?

Sorry don't know about 3200, they will tell you stepping, got mine there no problem.

DTR is same thing as a desktop chip without heatspreader, but Mobile are generally lower stock voltage to begin with.

Yes double sided and yes 1T command rate. I never tried it with 2T, but all I hear is that it isn't worth it as you lose a lot of performance.

You should, it loses a bit of memory bandwidth, but you might gain a few Mhz to compensate
