I contacted them about the freeze point and the reply was it does not actually freeze but liquid viscosity gets higher with colder temps. I agree with you that at some point the viscosity would be so high that you can say that its frozen but that would be after -80c probably
Technically many materials do not have a freezing point, glass for instance. Just once viscosity gets infinate, its not too interesting as a fluid anymore :)
