That looks fantastic, if you could price the whole thing (bay controller + maximizer) to around US $75 or so it would probably be a fantastic seller. The 'extreme' options are very nice, and the more precise display is very welcome:) Good job, I can't wait to try one out:toast:
I'd go for one but damn i gotta upgrade from this PIII, baby AT mobo, voodoo banshee...
The device looks nice. I will definately get one if they ever go retail. Oh BTW, I quickly made a powered by hipro5 logo :).
Here it is:

Thanks........ :D
pm sent hipro! :D
Good looking thing!! :D Damn I want one! My board maxes out @ 2,9V and that isn't enough!
Can't you send a bunch of them to Sweden? It's so cold here and we could use the extra warmt from mems @ 4V :D  ;)
just kidding, except that you can send one or two ;) :D
Good luck :)
any pix of it yet?
Will It Work With an ASUS A8V?
i used a crocodile clip :D
edit: but i did score the ocz ddr booster so i don't have to mod any future motherboards :D
Will it be slimmer than the OCZ Booster? The current problem with the booster is that on A64 boards, you have to put it in slot 1 to fit if you ahve more than one ram stick. This is a problem for people who's motherboards like the ram to be in slot 1 and then either 2 or 3. :)
The point is, it'd be cool if your DDR Maximizer fit in slot 3 on A64 boards when the other two slots have ram in them.
Hmmm, Windows, or Linux...
Looking good Hipro!!!
From the looks of it, you look to have a completely different design then the currently available product. I don't think OCZ can patent DIMM slots.
Keep up the good work! :toast: If you ever need another "beta" tester... ;)
Anyway, I like this design a lot so here's hoping you can get at least a few of these made, I definately want one:toast:
I've split the thread, if you wish to comment on legal/patent issues, please do so HERE
DON'T Worry guys........I'm designing it with BRAND NEW IDEAS........... :D :toast:
:slobber: wow, very sweet man.. cant wait to see your final product. :D :toast:
:toast:
Thanks a lot Jeff........Quote:

YOU will be a beta tester for me my friend for sure........ ;) :toast:
It'll fit ANY board ......on ANY slot.........TOO slim......... ;) :DQuote:

U P D A T E info........ :D
After a LOT of thought, I came to this conclusion:
1. This panel with an ON – ON switch will show us AND the VTT we have…At the ON position we will be able to see on the display the Vmem (Vdimm) and on the “other” ON position, we will be able to see our VTT voltage so as to know exactly what we have…The accuracy of the Vmem and VTT will be +/- 1%…So we will see the exact voltages we feed our rams despite the mobos hardware monitor that will show us fluctuations.
2. I think that the Front Panel MUST be AND the main circuit as well…Why???…Because the technology runs FAST…what do I mean about that???…Intel has just lunched the DDR2 technology. So a different design…AMD with their new upcoming CPUs with the 250MHz fsb (Intel too) will follow this technology as for my thoughts…So in a few months we WILL need a NEW DDR Maximizer for the DDR2 Rams…and what we will do???…Through away ours and buy a new one for the DDR2 Rams…
NO…I’ll design it IN the front panel so as in the near feature we will have to buy ONLY the PCB for the Ram slots with ONLY A FEW amount of money and NOT a brand new DDR2 Maximizer (loosing our money)…Unplug the PCB for the DDR and plug the PCB for the DDR2…That easy…A jumper will be in the main circuit for the DDR and the DDR2 changes…
Now I want your help…shall I design it for 3.5 bay, for 5.25 bay OR for both of them???…
Thanks…
:D :toast:
Wow it looks perfect! And anodized to match my lian li! (I guess I'll throw out the floppy, haha no room with it) You already have my order ;) If it was about $100 with the front panel thatd be great.:)
I agree with Lithan, we dont want accidental voltage increases, maybe a "hold" dip switch like on a mp3 player to disable voltage controls when on?
Also maybe you could make some easy mod kit to do the VTT Tracking mod simly and quickly? I'm not sure how youd do this I dont have experience modding, but thatd be great for guys like me with IC7s etc
Oh and I'd beta test too for sure ;) but I'm all the way in the US.
I tried your modded IC7 22 bios works great got me the extra 5mhz fsb / 80mhz cpu to hit 4Ghz without a voltage change, but my 3d03 went down about ~300pts with the same clocks.
Did you go to the opening ceremony of the games? I watched it, very very extravagant, I havnt watched it before but wow.
:D Front panel will be COVERED with a plexyglass.....with a push ON the plexyglass , it'll open so as to trimm everything...... ;)Quote:

 What about a easy-mod for the VTT?
I'm thinking about that too....... ;)Quote:
