Cool, looks OK so far. Is that 3.0v actual? And which BIOS and VDD? Andy told me to give 5/5 and 1.9v a shot. I been running 1/21 and 1.7v, which did awesome for all my Winbond.

@ 3.0v
But if they only could do these timings at 260 :D They'd be perfect... :D
it is 2.94 actual well 2.94-2.96 seems to be the swing. I am running 05/05 with 1.8v. I've been able to get this chip to run to 244 1:1 with Corsair XMS3500v1.1 2-2-2-11 so I am hoping for at least the same with these. I think 260 maybe a little much for 2 512 sticks, but I think maybe the 256s could get close.Quote:

Well looks like 233 is the limit. At 3.3v it errors out in Prime95 after like 5 hours. This is still at 2.5-2-2-11 CPC on.
wer are all these 260 numbers coming from ...all i can see is speeds of 220 - 230 :stick:

Give those timings some slack and see how much further you get. :D I think I'm gonna work with loose ones and go backwards from my max speed. That is if I can make em go.Quote:

dobbz - I will, Ryan said to try 3-2-2 and 3-2-3. When I have a little more time I'll try the slacker timings. Right now I'm in a race though I think the guy with the phase change is going to beat me ;)
OK, I'm making progress now.
230 2.5-2-2-11 3.1v just went 55 passes in Memtest #5 before I stopped it. It was only goin for an hour at that point so I'll show the results of the full test tomorrow morning. It's a lot better than before. And I get almost the exact same Sandra bench you did with 96% efficiency.
All I did was raise VDD from 1.7v to 1.9v.
240 now, 5/5 BIOS. Bout half hour of Prime and still goin. If this pattern continues I'll be swingin on OCZ's nutz for awhile. :D
Nice one dobbz,
:toast:
So whats made the diff? Changing bios, increasing vdd?
Prime went almost an hour, but I haven't been able to do that again, and actually my system only stays up half the time at 240.
235 3-3-2 or 230 2.5-2-2 is the best I can do with 3.1v or higher. Funny how these sticks won't use more than 3.1v. Andy might still have some more suggestions, but I think this is gonna be it really.
Hopefully these are real good with A64. That's why I got em anyway.
Oh, I didn't mention that those speeds are not Prime stable. A lil over an hour from 230 to 235 no matter what timings. Memtest goes forever, but not Prime. 225 will do Prime fine.
DoGMaN, are you still running Prime around 230?
yep, thats what i was gettin. 220 2.5-3-2 would memtest for 20 hours, but prime would fail at 5hrs 40minsQuote:

We just got some in at Tekheads.co.uk
OCZ EB RAM
I'm running 3700 Enhanced Latency - which is only stable up to 254 FSB (CPC off) ... and is out-clocked by my uber-wunda-Twinmos PC2100, which is rock solid at 256 FSB !
