Not quite sure, looking for something around -50 though, im really not sure what a fairly large compressor like this can do, ive never worked with them before.Quote:

When sizing the cap tube (and everything else) everyone seems to skim over the all important key question in system design, i.e "What is your heat load?".

I would go with 2M/6.5ft of .026, assuming propane, and even this may be too restrictive for 200W.Quote:

This was built by DaGooch and Baker youd have ask them about details. All I did was insulate and re wire it.
Can't tell you about heat load either:D A Radeon at 642MHz with 2.06V runing 3D03,, if it helps.

That's a high temp compressor, runmc. You may be confusing the manufacturer's BM number (larger print) with the model number below it (smaller print).Quote:

There is a difference in valve ports and relative motor sizing, so with a high temp compresssor you want a little larger compressor to get the same performance as the low temp compressor. Otherwise a compressor is a compressor is a compressor. It sucks the vapor in one pipe and pushes it out the other.
BTW, although not entirely accurate either, comparing the cc displacement is a better way to judge compressors than comparing HP, assuming the same 50/60Hz. A 60Hz motor spins 20% faster than a 50Hz motor, so puts out 20% more work.

placed the order for my captube, and about to place the order for my condencer. Hopefully ill get the evap worked out soon, im thinking about cutting my own, but im not too sure.

I paid $75 Complete for the Herefishy Evap assy that I used.( Bought It from "MickeyMouse")
You might want to PM him or Herefishy and see If either one of them has another one for sale like this.
BTW: You'll need to Braze this to the Suction line using a MAPP/Oxygen torch 'cause I tried it with just a propane torch and it wouldn't get hot enough to braze the SS Flex to the Copper Line. :p:
HomeDepot sells a small MAPP/Oxy torch kit for @$50.:D
I messaged him about it, i dont think hes making any at the moment, so looks like im looking for someone else to make it. :/
Ya, i have a MAPP torch, takes too long to do anything with propane. Just havnt a hard time finding brazing rods here, guess ill just order some online.

What kind of condenser did you finally decide on?
The one that Herefishy made, I have pretty much everything right now besides the evap and a stainless steel flexible hose, cant seem to find that.
That was a good choice.
My Herefishy condenser works VERY good(In/out air temp diff.) In my Sys.

that is already brazed up or do they come with the cap already brazed in?
