NF7 with vdimm/vdd/vbt mod = Nice

I have my 9800 Pro running at a similar speed (460/390) 22K link in the sig. Im only running at 233 x 11 too on a desktop barton, yep no mobile needed for 22K here :D

If you used cat 3.7 you would gain some serious marks those new cats are seriously crippling your overclock :stick:

I tried the Vref = Vbt mod and it did work , but the mofset mentioned earlier in this thread gets really hot with it this way . So I put it back to Vdd=Vbt and all is cool again :D

I think I will keep this setup until I move over to 939 in the future .

Has anyone else had any luck modding the NF7-S ? I dont really hear of many people running high fsb/CPU/Vcore all at once on this board .

damn Dani, nice meme clocks there... i thought nf7-s is incapable of stable 250+ FSB.
BTW, what multiplier-BIOS-drivers is that 266 sandra...? seems pretty low for such FSB and timings - i'm getting 3674/3397 at 242FSBx11 with single stick of 512MB PC-3500 Lvl II. i got a screenie of that somewhere...

8*266FSB Single with Tictac's D22Alpha1

With the new Tictac D23 3D-Fire gives my higher score cos D22Alpha1 is'nt optimized with multi 8:D

my NF7-S is running 240fsb sandra stable with the L12 mod and no other mods, im gonna vDimm and vDD mod it soon when i get another mobo for backup,

thats with the ram @ 2.95v btw

blinky: Dont forget the VBT/VTT mod (Cut-Trace), it helped me to get at least 240.55FSB*11 Prime95 stable:)

My older NF7-S was 100% stable at 246(245 bios)x11,5 :D
That was with only vdd mod at 2,1V, Vdimm at 3,18V (twinmos bh-5 x2) and vcore 2,06 iirc :D

Graphics card is a bad clocking one, as the one I have now :(

508-390 card clocks... vmodded and core would not go higher w/out severe artifacting and lockups later (520)...
