the onboard stuff gets buggy above 240fsb no matter what vdd though and stops working above 260fsb. what good is 280fsb+ if you cant use high vcore and vdimm.... my board lets me bench at "only" 255fsb max but i can use any vcore and vdimm i want...
I thought you were aircooled with a duron @ 2.2ghz?? But now I see this...2.15v vcore, 2.2v vdd and 3.8vdimm ...that can't be for your aircooled duron that does 2.2ghz? :)
