yep. waited a week instead of day0 this time. the board seems to have the features i want/need and the least issues based upon other user's comments. :up:
pretty well stocked up on sammy, psc, bbse. probably need to grab some hynix but max mhz isnt my thing.
now if only all retail chips didnt suck :rofl:

I got the 3 day shipping because any faster and Newegg was trying to give it to me up the... Hopefully mine comes Monday, but I figure it'll be Tuesday. I ordered at like 8 AM CST, so it definitely shipped today. packaging/protection was quite impressive. be advised, you have to clip off some zip ties that secure it within the foam layer of protection. Also, be careful when taking the clear protective skin off of the oled display

glue on. glue that seems to have the same stickyness and consistancy of a dried soda. dont know if its a good thing or bad thing. bad, it came off to begin with, good its still sticky/tacky enough to put back on with minimal effort. not a big deal at all in any sense... if you looked you would never know. no bubbles, dust, fingerprints, nothing.Quote:

4 slot single sided bdbg was not fun though. will give it another shot but it was not cooperating at all the first time.
What batch is that 4770k and how's it clocking for you? The OC Formula should easily push that chip, and now I'm really sure I bought the best board. I knew if the Z87 clocked ram like the Z77 did, then I'd be set. Now I know. :up:
