I expect this stepping is good because GloFo has figured out a lot of issues and is actually rolling out test 28nm silicon before the end of the year. Typically there is always room for minor tweeks and they may come in a stepping before Steamroller but it may not happen. Since GloFo didn't need to do a node change for Vishera, it gave them time to refine the 32nm fab process from when they started with Bulldozer.
This is the best I can POST at so far. Not yet stable above 4.7GHz though

The batch ..... I never did get teh batch number before I installed it.
Those numbers sound about right for 5ghz. Very similar to mine.
I hope, next year or at begining of 2014 will come SR to AM3+ :)...
