Ok I got tired of using the Hex editor so I wrote a program to unlock/edit these bios'

@Gaul here is your 660 bios. Voltage @ 1.212, fan 25/100, and power level tweeks.

@Ket yeah I know. Needs to be at $250 price point.
I want to get this card but for $300 I'm stuck between this and the 670. If the 660 Ti was closer to $250 I would already have one in my system. At the moment I think I'm just going to wait it out a bit and hope for a good deal to come along on one.
