I have to agree the resolution is somewhat less than optimal but i'm so used to that resolution when using Gigabyte boards now that it doesn't bother me, the pll stuck out like a sore thumb though.

I took a retail 970 for a spin the other day, chip is rather unimpressive and i guess needs ln2, whether or not i can find the time or money to bench it on ln2 is questionable but i figured i'd throw this in here to.

Bclk limits were same, lost nor gained anything however runs are done lower bclk to match max optimal frequencies of chip.

I really didn't bother with anything single threaded, wanted to see how the board handled load.

Physically I don't see why they would not fit. I don't have an intel nic or PCIE raid card to show an example however.
