Microsoft goes after Google for being a monopoly

Hopefully Google gets held to the same standards that MS was and is. Looks like the Google fanboys figure that shouldn't be the case though so we'll see.

The issue that I see here is that google isn't costing me a dime, so I really don't care. Meanwhile, I've spent Thousands of dollars over the years on various microsoft products, simply because they had a strangle hold over the OS and productivity software market.

I'm inclined to side with google on this one. They've taken a bunch of stuff microsoft started, put it on the internet for everyone to use (under their own software) and now they're in control of the market. Technically it's a monopoly, but if it's not costing me anything, who cares?

nothing google does is free! ppl on this forum should know better :shakes:. google deals in information, the more they get the better. to me $300 vs my information/privacy is a no brainer. right now google has more power than ms because they can control the worlds info. if google should not be held to these standards then neither should ms!
