Official ASUS P8P67 Series Overclocking Guide and Information

Any idea how low CPU PLL and PCH can go on a Deluxe?

I've just got myself a combo of 2500K and P8P67 (standard version).

My previous 2 Asus boards: P7P55D-E Pro and P7P55D Pro really did great jobs :D

I've noticed that with Phase Control set to Extreme and Duty Control at T.Probe, CPU Voltage Manual - Auto, CPU-Z reports that my VCORE actually INCREASES when the CPU goes into an idle state and downclocks. Is what I am seeing there a decrease in current and opposing increase in VCORE whereas with Offset mode I would see a decrease in VCORE and increase in current?

As this been fixed?!.... I cannot enable SLI (2x EVGA 570 GTX) under my Win7 x64 SP1, with the last official nVidia drivers 266.58 whql on my Asus P8P67 Deluxe (bios 1204). :shrug:

I cant too with my maximus iv extreme the sli option isnt there....... even when i fresh install win 7 ultimate as suggested.

so i have a big problem with my Asus P8P WS Revolution . On the Giga Board if i switched the turbo option off i have in windows for ex. 5.5 Ghz .
Then it is possible to run pi . On the Asus Board if i try to disable the Turbo option the multiplier is on 36 for the 2600K in Windows and i have only this speed . I tested all option in the Asus Bios but it is not possible to run pi . it sems the the board gives a extra Turbo boost on top of the 5.5 Ghz but my cpu cant handle this . On the Giga no problem to run 5.5 Ghz 32m pi .

great info in this thread.. im guess alot of this info will be the same for a sabertooth p67?

was that hotfix included with sp1? I'm getting BSOD on a machine with SP1.

Awesome thread deserves a bump.

I tried a few guides from various sites. They varied considerably in what they suggested. The others did no get me very far. This one did. I reached 5.6GHz with an i5-2500K in a single night.

Therefore this thread does deserve a bump.
