I have all 4 of those enabled (some were auto after upgrading to 1253)

On Asus mobos, the Internal CPU PLL Overvolt option has to be manually set to Disabled (default is Auto) else S3 resume fails.
My all time favourite 30s torture test... S3 resume, M4E passed with flying colours while o'ced with 16GB KVR-1333 Hynix H9c RAM! :D

This is a bios bug guys,my board does it also.Im on wireless mouse and keyboard and it wont wake up from sleep.Holding power button untill computer shuts off then when I push the button on again I get windows is resuming and everything is where it was before sleep.
I thinks its a windows and bios issue.Im on ssd hds and a 1tb drive also.
Waiting for new bios
So is the magic number 47, any past this and S3 will not post? Damn, I even tried bios 1506. This is really annoying!!
Any new ideas or insights about this problem.
No it just depends on your CPU what the max it will do with PLL Overvoltage off.
For some it is 46, others, 47, and even up to 51.
My PLL is disable and the system is stable at 50, but still I'm starring at a blank screen with the monitor stand by light flashing whenever I wake up the computer.
I've updated to the 1606 bios, I have 16gb of GSkill Ripsaws running at 1600. I've turned off PLL over voltage, but the computer continues to not wake up from sleep. I have the memory voltage set @ 1.5. If I remove 8gb of Ram sleep decides to work correctly! Any adjustment I can change to put the 16gb of memory back in?
Thnks in advance
Thnks for the response. I'm sure that setting is on auto. I will try when I get home. What's the nominal voltage for vccio? What is the safest max?
same prob hotfix received says its not for my system... pll ov disabled still wont resume?? this only happens to me with asus systems.. had the same prob with my REX until the last bios was released :( hopefully i dont have to wait a year for ASUS to address this!
Well I raised it to 1.15v with 16GB and the same problem returning from standby. If I remove 8GB resume from stanby normally. I'm at a loss! Anyone have anymore suggestions?
Thnks D
Unfortunately you are not alone with the sleep problem. There is a 21 page topic in the Asus Sabertooth P67 forum alone from users with this issue. Most are using stock systems with BIOS defaults. All supposed fixes have been tried without success. It's just the luck of the draw if your P67 system works after being in sleep mode.
BTW a lot of people who think they don't suffer from this problem because in most cases their systems will resume from sleep as long as the system hasn't been asleep for more than 2 hours. The best test is to leave the system sleep overnight and then try and wake it the next day.
Well I upgraded to bios 1702 and for grins I bumped up DRAM Data REF and Ctrl REF voltage on channel A/B 1 bump from default and for the last 36 hours my system has resumed from sleep properly with the 16GB of Ram. The shortest tested time resume from sleep was 8 hours hopefully this continues to function. I will update with any changes. Hope this helps someone as I was about at the end of my rope......

Nice :)
What other changes does this bios?
There is a windows workaround here http://www.sevenforums.com/network-s...ues-fixed.html
I tried everything on google that I could find and this fix did it for me. Cheers.
Hi,
After upgrading my bios to 1850 my wakeup from sleep mode broke. Fans and lights start working when you wake it up, but screen doesn't go up (and system is not accessible via network). Tried reverting bios update, didn't help. Then (thanks to google search) found this forum, and now, after disabling the PPL overvoltage it now works perfectly again!
Thank you guys !
Sergey.
