use the $30 for the heatsink fan you suggest + save up $30 "MORE" gets a e5400. 30 + 30 = 60Quote:

I installed a heatsink with a screw and back plate mount. Hooray.
I can't trust the Thermaltake V1, especially when a heatpipe one seems to be doing bad. I actually see better temps with a screw and back plate mounted one from an Acer!
So, the Thermaltake V1 is now in the Acer Aspire.
