@ZoLKoRn, thank you very much! Actually we need results of following situations to compare performance within two BIOSes:
1- Default Sapphire HD 6950 speeds with Sapphire HD 6950 BIOS
2- Default Sapphire HD 6950 speeds with ASUS HD 6970 BIOS
Please check at #29 of me in first 3D11 bench it result from original sapphire bios and original clock too@800/1250MHz, you can checking bios version on GPUZ compare with dos screen it same for old bios is atiflash report.Quote:

What happens if you try the voltage increase? Does the card get any higher clocks on GPU? (even if gpu-z isn't showing it?)

If you flash a 6970 (not a 6950) to an ASUS 6970 bios, does the overclock increase or remain the same as before?
